Cold IPA 5.6%
A Cold I.PA or I.P.L or What everyou want to call it. Brewed with Zula & Lunga Hops bought all the way over for us from Poland by our Legend of a regular Konrad. Then firmented cold with a reletively new yeast from Fermentis, SH-45 a Thiolised Lager yeast. Making this a Super crisp and refreshing crusher of an I.P.A with the Zula hops bringing tropical and citrus fruit notes followed by a hint of short, clean bitterness completing the picture. Hitting our Taproom soon and avaliable now in kegs wholesale.
